Artwork Specifications
For best print results, follow these artwork guidelines before placing your order. If you are unsure, upload your file anyway — we'll review it before production.
01
Recommended File Types
- PDF preferred — best for preserving fonts, colours, and layout
- PNG accepted — great for artwork with transparency
- JPG accepted — suitable for photographic artwork at high resolution
- AI / layered design files accepted where relevant — ideal for vector logos and illustrations
02
Resolution
- Use high-resolution artwork for best results
- Low-resolution files may appear blurry when enlarged
- We recommend 300 DPI for smaller print items such as stickers and labels
- Large banners can use lower DPI depending on viewing distance
03
Size & Scale
- Supply artwork at the correct size where possible
- If artwork is scaled up too much, quality may reduce
- Width x height should match the product layout selected
- We'll review sizing before production
04
Bleed & Safe Area
- Extend artwork beyond the trim edge where possible
- Keep important text and logos away from edges
- This helps avoid unwanted trimming or cut-off content

05
Colour
- CMYK is preferred for print
- RGB files may print differently from what you see on screen
- Exact colour matching is not always possible across all materials
06
Fonts & Text
- Outline fonts in PDF files where possible
- Make sure important text is readable and not too close to edges
- Small text may be harder to reproduce on some products
